very interesting, it would appear that nissan motor company are using their financial clout and high powered lawyers to hit the little man, which in my view amounts to little more than bullying and intimidating tactics,
not nice.....................

it wasn't an issue until nissan computer company got the domain "nissan.com" first. then the shit hit the fan.

But in the united states, its already clearly been ruled on that you cannot stop someone from using their own name in the name of their business, and since the guys last name is Nissan and his named his company Nissan Computers, in the United states, theres nothing that the motor company can do about it.
