Just talk to her about whatever she is into... doesnt have to be hard... if you know she likes to a certain show say american idol talk to her about your thoughts on who got voted off... talk to her about your car... but dont sound to obessed (yet... you dont want her to know that you will always love your car more than her)

some good points here. I'll add a few... don't get too serious unless its a serious relationship. Girls don't like guys spilling it all to them, makes the girl think the guy is weak. She has to get the feeling that you are interested, but you don't want to give her the impression that it is mad love at first sight. Girls like the challenge, if you make it too easy for them to get you then they won't want you.

Don't talk about yourself too much, and don't talk to much in general. Let her do the talking and then reply to what she said making it lead to something else.

When the night is getting later and you are getting the feeling that she is really diggin you (make sure you get the sign from her first before you give her a good sign) then tell her some stories about past relationships or something to get her thinking about you in a sexual way. For example, tell her a story of a time where you came out on top to make yourself sound good (I don't mean a time when you were on top of some girl). Like how you made the winning soccer goal and ripped off your shirt running down the feild giving all the sideline high fives. Girls like that shit.

ya thats about it. just relax and have a normal conversation like you would with any friend. girls are seriously mind readers. If you are nervous they will know it. You can't hide anything from them. So smile and act like you have talked to 1000 girls before, just don't get cocky and you'll do just fine

edit: if all else fails.....stick it in her butt
