1976 f250 restoration.

so, i love this truck so much i am going to fix it up just a tad. new motor mounts will be in tomarrow. things to do:

this week:
new motor mounts.
new valve cover gaskets.
fix exhaust leek on headers.
chrome engine 'dress-up' kit.

within the next two or three months:
full exhaust(headers, flowmaster rebuildable race glasspacks or twisters, and nice chrome tips all going out the side)
edelbrock intake manifold and 4 barrel carb.
new fenders
new grill(billet grill maybe?)
new brush guard.
gas shocks

after summer:
shorten the frame for a newer style shortbed.
paint. (same color)

all pictures related to the build will be posted in this thread. while your waiting, enjoy this video.

First of all, this is the lounge -- we chill here and chat about anything and everything. The strongest community bonds that we have at UB.c are formed here. As in real life, people here discuss the matters that are relevant (and sometimes sorta irrelevant, I must confess) to one another's lives.

Our buddy Craig has an F250 that he is going to work on restoring, so we gladly read about his enterprise.

my dad is trying to convince me to use a pressure washer, but then it probably wont run untill everything dries up. so im probably just going to use a high-power degreaser, a scraper(its some pretty thick stuff, pretty sure its never been cleaned) and a rag.
