Thats funny shit ain't it? They make you take a business class to be a resp. tech. BTW, i just looked into the preReq's for my Paramedic, and it made me run away. There is this uber class that you get your paramedic in like 3 months, class 5 days a week and 10 hours a day, but it costs like 25K for those three months.

^^^For you, that would be the next logical step. But for that much money, have you ever thought about being an RT? Tuition would be about the same, although it would be a 2yr minimum Associate's degree for certification. I know guys making a killing $$$$ working 2-3days/wk as an RT at one hospital, and also working additional days for an agency at other hospitals. Exactly what I plan to do.

My buddy down in atlanta is a Paramedic and he has the pimpest schedule ever. 24 hours on, 48 hours off. And he rolls in like 45K a year.
