Anyone here ever done crew before? i joined the team here at WWU as a freshman/novice this year and it is awesome. just wondering who else can share the pain of 2k's with me. today we did 80min. of hell, 10 eight minute pieces. i am totally spent.

my roommate rows and i thought about doing it freshman year. its a totally different workout that nothing even comes close to. have fun man! get ready for some nasty ass hands.
