camera problems

look at this picture

its a picture i took today with my new camera. if you cant see whats wrong then look at the huge orange thing in the picture. it only happens on HALF of the picture, if i move over, it goes away. whats causing this? could it just be the cold weather?

It could be the cold weather on the sensor... Just how cold is it there? Is your new camera just a regular digital or a DSLR?

it was around 30 when i took the pictures. and yes, it does it while inside too. but the camera was still a little cold. dunno.....

Wait till is warms up, there may be condensation on the sensor. I took my old camera outside for some sledding pics. The right side had a purple flair on it. It doesn't do it anymore.

Okay take it to a camera place and pay to have it fixed, or email the seller and tell them there is a problem and see if they can or will do anything.
