i have heard two different things about this.
one - if you go to the parts counter and just give them the part number, they will order it. if you say "its a euro part, can you get it?" then they definitely wont.
two - there is no way any euro part will be imported because of what ever reason.
i think its worth giving it a shot, but just give em the part num. if you do, let us know how it goes.

A lot of the bimmer stuff for us guys over here in the UK comes from www.eurocarparts.com I reckon they should ship to you if you give em your address and should therefore be able to supply you with whatever car part you need.

On the "Euro" parts
After I did some research with my E30 on Realoem.com (since I got it from a friend in January 07), I noticed that the grand majority of "Euro" and "US" parts have the same part number. There isn't really any difference on the grand majority of parts wether it's Euro or American. What is it that you are trying to order?

Yes you can order Euro parts, BUT it would be greatly advised that you do the research and get the part number your self. My front plate bracket (the one that changes the US plate bezel to the Euro one) is an OEM European part. I found the part #, gave it to the parts counter, they said "you know that's a Euro part, right?" and they ordered it just fine, true shipping took I think a week, but I got my Euro plate holder

As a member already said, a majority of the part #'s are the same....so there's no issue w/ ordering these parts. Also, BMW does let us order some Euro parts that do not share the same part #'s as US spec parts.....while other things we can not get. Contact Jason or myself w/ what you're looking for and we'll hook you up!
