id think for a young guy like yourself, the sportshocks will be the way to go. speaking as a fellow bilsteiner, albeit with pss9s, the harsher ride isnt a bother. the HDs are more of a replacement shock that is more similar to the stock shocks.

sport because the car is lower, if you were still using stock springs then the Heavy Duty. Heavy duty is stiffer than the stock shocks by a good bit.

1 week before I called bavauto and I checked about the front sport shocks. The 2 pcs making 215$ but the shipment to Dubai is costing about 270$. The normal price is ok for me but the shipping is too much. Ill try to find it hear in Dubai if I found it cheaper hear ill bay it or if I didn’t ill order it online no choice

I am running Bilstien Sports with H&R springs on my 8 and the ride is quite acceptable.
And I will never be Young again so it is a good combination for more than just the young guys

Interesting. Everyoen seems to love the same setup
Im runing Sp's as well with my H&R's. Someone already said it before that HD's are mainly just a replacement shock.

Not a happy camper tonight. Was doing a run on some twisties earlier with my buddies (we make sure the road is clear up ahead) and i took this two lane per side turn going about 63 mph and i know i cudve EASILY handled it (btw this was int he BMW) and my rear left just gave way for no reason. Out of nowhere it just slid out. The road was dry. Still confused. Guess the suspension fails sometimes. Maybe the sway bars aren't a good idea.

All it takes when you are near the limits is a little sand or a couple of stones in the right spot.
Unless they make you supremely over confident, Sway bars are always a good idea

I don't have the bilsteins but my old roommate had them on his 740 and that thing cornered like it was 3 series on rails. They are pretty sick and I dont think you would be disappointed with them.

That is one "Disadvantge" of the 8 series. There is a very limited aftermarket of performance parts.
Only a few spring choices, one shock choice, on and one half sway bar choices.
