Spring Considerations

To all who are considering lowering springs (as if brand consideration wasn't baffling enough - there's only dozens ) Something else you might consider. Some manufacturers are offering "audio springs". As funny as it sounds, these are available from some mfgrs for those folks who plan on alot or heavy electronics in the rear subs, amps,...
Just thought I'd pass this on as helping a friend decide - So far Vogtland Springs are looking like his choice because of warranty & optional versions. They gaurantee they won't sag after a year or two like some are starting to show up.

That's actually a really good idea... made for people with heavy subs to also support that weight and keep the car balanced, rather than the back riding lower than designed.

Coilover kits are the perfect answer. You can adjust the height.

Of course, I think the best answer is to remove your subs. It's an identity crisis to care about performance and having heavy subs in the rear of the car.

That's news to my ears. I've never heard of springs that help with the load of sub boxes. I would like to get some opinions on H&R springs. What ride do you get with them? Do they eventually sag?
