I heard about it a long time ago. I think in time magazine. I believe it handles like shit though die to the lack of sidewall. Forces like inertia probably wont work well with this wheel.

i heard about this. it absolutely owns in a straight line..... but not at all on twisties...so its very anti Bimmer. lol. they should try the same thing but allow the flexible supports only flex vertically. thats the key to fixing those. cool concept though.... they look cool on the audi..... pimpin the 4" rims hell yeah

I doubt they will ever work well in handling without a sidewall unless they make them really heavy.

I'm fairly certain the actual tires have sidewalls, just this one doesn't for pictures to show how it works.

From my previous readings and understaning of this subject I believe they dotn. I think the original article was in time magazine or something.
