exactly

i can tell you from my experience that i adjust the damper much much more than height.

price differences?

and by damper you mean the "cushion" and ride of the shocks correct?

Addicted? 06-01-2005 12:25 AM

yes when adjusting the damper you can make your car ride rough or smooth...

the price difference is

pss-999.95
pss9-1499.95

**Prices off of Bavauto, Most other sites are around the same**

damn, $500 just to adjust the damper. seems like a lot for something that a lot of people don't have or need.

Adjusting the damper is pretty damn important bud.. :rolleyes

spend the extra on the pss9 for the adjustability, it is definitely worth it.

if you are ever going to track the car you should get the adjustable pss9. on the track you will want the ride to be much firmer than on the street.

Go for the pss9. Ever get a lady in your car? You're going to want the smooth as shit ride. I could give a rats ass about how stiff it is, but I do care for the passengers. Especially if you do long road trips.

Try a 3 hour drive as a passenger in your friends FD on full stiff TEIN SS coilovers and you'll know why.

spend the extra $ if you can....

I have the PSS's.They are a great setup but there are times I would like to have the option of adjusting the dampening (for performance or comfort). If you can afford the PSS-9’s definitely do it.
