Which wheels should I go for?
I fancy a change of wheel for a few reasons, namely mine are slightly kerbed and they are a wee bit common round my area. I've always fancied a set of deep dish borbets but have only ever seen them on very low golfs. Which of these two would look better on a 3door e36?

I lke the old school flair of the Borbets, although I'm not sure how the'd look on you car...
Cheers,

I have seen borbet wheels on E36's before they look great IMO. However I like the black wheels better they will stand out on your car.

there are tons of chav e30s rolling around on them around here...
looks not-so-cool, but that's more because those are the e30s with blacked out tails, fart can, eyelids and blue tinting (not to forget the tribal decals on the rear windows)
puke

im not too into either... I like the alpina wheels you have already! The deep gray powder coat are a decent second, but only if you have clean or painted calipurs. Otherwise pwople will be looking at your breaks instead of your wheels...
sweet ride man.

Now that I see them on the E36 I like them more. They make me think of the BMW touring car races in the late 80s/early 90s.
Cheers,

What is the Borbet wheel width? 8.5"? 9"?

9"x16", they sell them in 7.5"x16" as well but for deep dish wheels the widest would look nicer

hell I'd trade Borbets against your Alpinas... if only I could use them on my e30...
and yes the Alpinas are the best E36/E30 rims on the planet

I want to say that I love the Borbet's but I am not sure that I am allowed to say that as I am not sure that the supporting vendors here sell them.
PM me if you would like an opinion.

I think those are two excellent wheel choices and you have a tough decision my friend. Each will set your silver car off in a different way. Its a matter of what styling you want to achieve.
