Rear Suspension
Besides the following tutorial;
Amanda's 93 318is Tutorial:
http://www.unitedbimmer.com/forums/t...in-sports.html
Does anyone know where I can find a Tutorial for the actual spring assembly. I been looking through a bunch of sites and it provides parts for a Ground Control Suspension. Can someone en lighting me with some facts on whats included/required for the springs (minus the springs) and the installation/installation.

what's the question?
how to remove the rear spring?
if so, remove the lower shock bolt, 16mm i believe, maybe 18mm, then put some weight on the lower control arms by standing on it, and you should be able to pull the spring out....

I'm not sure what the question is, but try Matt's coilover install:
