I was looking to lower my car a bit with some H&R Sport Springs (model # 29825). So...does anyone know the exact suspension geometry and center of gravity for the BMW E36?

Why are you asking a complicated question like that? Just get the springs and install them and enjoy and know your center of gravity is now lower. You can't really change a whole lot unless you get coilovers and corner weight the car.
