New avatar thing resize pls

Hey I want a new avatar and I have the picture for it, but I don't have the software anymore to resize it to to 120x120. Can someone please do it for me? http://files.unitedbimmer.com/ub.c/drtye30/avatar.JPG

Thanks Rooz I had to reinstall windows and everything else on my computer so I lost all my software.
