How does everyone's calendar look for July 16th at Andretti's from 11am until 5pm?

After I get enough people agreeing to this date and time, I'll get started organizing it locally. I'll go to some restaraunts around here like Chick-Fil-A and see if they can sponsor us and donate free food for everyone. Hopefully we can organize a few good bmw performance sponsors to see if they want to come out to the meet with us and represent themselves. There will also be some kind of raffle giving away free performance parts. I want to get a lot of companies on board to give away free merchandise and/or coupons.

Hopefully this will be a very large meetup. :rock

Sounds like a plan to me, count me in. If you live withing 500 miles of this event, you MUST attend. Its not an option, im sorry

SOunds good, but honestly, might be too soon to get a big croud, I mean it's only like 2-3 weeks until the 25th... Not sure if you can get too many peops specially if you'r wanting peops form other forums on it...

I just contacted Jon at MPerformance and Harrison Motorsports (local bmw performance tuning shop) regarding sponsorship for this event.

It's about 2 and a half weeks. If we get it all organized in the next few days and start spreading the word I think we'll be okay. :)

allrighty, if we do it at that place you'll have to show it to me when I come by next week ;)

EDIT: Do you want peops from other forums coming or is this UB only?

Other forums are more than welcome to show up. :) I want to get a sponsor or two on board first, then we can start spreading the word to everyone. :rock

toooo soon. I think you should aim for early to mid july so these rich folks can get it on their scedual at bimmer forums. Hah i am also out of town from june 25th until july 6th.
