Forum Backround Color?

Hey guys i was wondering if we are going to be getting any skins soon or if the forum could be made darker in some way, like a dark grey or black, i think it would look a lot better, the white looks ok but i think black would look sooo badass, anyone else feel the same way, i know catalyst does, but just wanted to see if this would be something we could think about...........

yea.. i think it would be tight to have some different options, if thats possible.. all in good time though im sure, sites looking hot either way.

I actually like the light colors.

i wouldn't like the black, would think that it would hurt your eyes.....

I'll talk to Harry about installing a couple more skins/themes.

Hum, skinning the forum would be easy, but the homepage and all other pages are staticly coded with this blue/white theme....

I personally think the blue/white looks more professional and friendly than a black theme. Just my opinion though.

Let me get this existing theme and features solidified first, and down the line we'll look into changing themes, all right? :D

It's definately do-able, let's just wait a while and get more established and everything working smoothly before we redo everything. haha

It would be awesome if you could choose skins that would affect every page not just the forums

I like the white b/c I like to sit on my couch with my laptop and surf the forums at night with the lights off. The white lights up the keyboard nicely.

couldnt we just keep the forum the color it is now, but make few black ones for some people as options they can set it too? That way everyone is happy? i mean if they set it to black they know the homepage and forum will be different.. but new members will see it flow all as the same color..

Well..yeah, that's what they're talking about, installing skins as options.
You can keep it however you want it, power to the members baby.

Personally I like it just how it is, but I think it's only fair to have some potions for the other homies.
