I'm considering it a "go".

And Shahab, it's more fair this way because everyone is completely equal and the top cars get recognized.

Is there another side I haven't thought of?

Sounds like a decent plan. And Shahab, I don't see anyone saying a 323is sucks. IMO that's not even possible

let the rating begin!!! One thing that i think could be better though is the order you rank them in when browseing, instead of just skipping randomly from member to member it should list them in order of member name or something and go down the list because i saw a couple members like 4 times before i got to rank them all and that is with only 12 people so far

also i can't get my pic to work

Edit: figured it out, can't have any spaces in file name.....

^i agree, some people come up numerous times before others do. alphabetical order or somethin would be cool.

Yeah, I considered that... but if there's an order, bots can be easily used. And also with random if it's going in order it might take forever to go through everyone in the list... cause the person who joins #364 probably won't be voted on at all, since people won't go that far. In random he might come up on someone's ratings sooner.

ah yes, so maybe if there was a list of every person with a profile, with new guys on top? then they can actually get their car out there to be seen.

That would work, but is way more server resources than practical. Too much overhead per person, it'd slow it down dramatically.
