Any one else having to log in each time?

Two different computers and neither had a problem with auto login before the upgrade.

what do you mean by log in each time? you mean like every time you hit the new posts button? or every time you go to ub?

If you are idle long enough, the server logs you off automatically

I've heard someone else mentioning some kind of problem with logins, but I've logged in and out probably 50 times since the upgrade without any problems.

Can someone explain what's going on in a bit more detail so I can try troubleshooting it?

If you are logged in, but go idle long enough, you get logged off. Also if the internet connection is lost, same thing I bet guests stay longer (if a similar thing happens - obviously not log in) if this is changed -- looks like a VB default time out to me

I have had it not remember me when i come back to the site if i login from unitedbimmer.com home page, but if i log in through the page on the forums and click the remember me box then i have not had this problem.

If I close the browser and then come back, I get to log in again.

If I respond to a notification it does an auto-login.

Yes, I check Remember me.

I actually had the problem on the other version, but, it was just because of the "Remember me?" box that I didn't check. If you don't check that, there's no cookie saved (that's how it works, right?) and your logged in information is lost. I could be wrong, but ever since I've been checking that check mark, I've been logged in continiously (even after turning off the computer....)

Auto login (remember me) worked the first 3 times I stopped by today.

Now I have had 3 failures in a row. All of the other forums remember me all the time.

I have seen stable log ins lately :)

I deleted the UB cookies and then logged back in again. It works consistantly now.

Corrupted cookies!

^^ Ah, all right. Keep me updated if anything else happens though.
