boo flood controll
Harry why do u have the flood control on the pms set to 60 sec......jebus

It's to stop people from going through and spamming people's PMs. 60 seconds is the default for vBulletin, though you're right, that does seem a bit high. I just updated it so the flood control is set on 30 seconds.
