how bout a place where we can make comments on eachothers cars in the rate my car section. Like we can give an opinion on someones car, not just a number. I mean keep the number system for rate my car, but help one another with ideas on mods and such.

Yeah, comments will be a part of the United Garage module (basically a better Car Domain, integrated into the forums, integrated into the Rate-My-Car system, and integrated into the email system). It's been in development for a while and I expect it to be done in a few weeks to a month probably. =/
