Motorcycle Discussion Thread
Hey all, just testing the waters here, so hold the flames. I noticed a lot of members mentioning bikes they own, want, or otherwise. This is just a thread where members can discuss their bikes, be it problems, accolades or otherwise.

I would say general but I only posted the BMW bike because its awsome. I like hondas too and someday I will have a motorcycle not sure of who will make it at this point.
I was at the local BMW dealership this morning getting my oil changed, and came across an article on the BMW K 1200 R naked streetbike in an issue of BMW magazine.
Holy crap, what a gorgeous bike.
I like the fact they're changing some of the styling and getting away from the horizontally opposed motor. Something I've never been a fan of personally.

Agreed. It was time BMW got away from the "stodgy" look of thier bikes. My uncle has a 1200 tourer, and the thing has to have 300 pounds of fairing on it. Just imagine...147 horsepower, 847 lbs of wgt., and then lose like 200 lbs by removing the fairings.
