Updated United Bimmer Guest Message - United Bimmer Community

We're getting quite a few guests that are coming to the site, but not registering. In an attempt to increase our conversion rate, I just remade the old boring "you don't have an account yet, sign up here" message.

It turned out awesome. Think I forgot anything?

To see it, logout and visit the forums index as a guest. (Note, there's a nice picture of a 6-series to make it worth your time and trouble. haha)

Feedback/suggestions on improving it?

It might be a little too long ... people wont even know there's a forum below that. At least give them a hint like 'scroll down for forum' or make it shorter.

Hum not a bad idea. Or what about a little javascript thing to show/hide the block about the benefits of joining (default hidden)? That would like half the length of it.

yeah i think that would be good.

The blue text where it says 'Join Now' or something along those lines (located under the 6 series pic) should be bigger i think, maybe the entire width of the page, then have the benifits hidden with a button or whatever as you said.

There's already like 4-5 different places on there that you can click to register.... making it bigger might be a bit much....

Since this change, I've noticed a significant increase in guest registerations per day. Almost double!

It appears to have been very beneficial.

The message seems a little long. What i would do is cut off the part right after the pic of the 6-series, then have a link they can click on to see all the wounderful things UB has to offer.
