1st proposal:
i dont know if this will help that much, but if our classifieds get bigger and bigger, is it possible that we could set up a business account w/either Fedex or UPS so that we can get a big decrease on shipping, although i believe there is a minimum amount of packages per month, but i guess if we all used the account personally we could live up to that minimum and get good rates
(btw i thought of this idea when rooz wanted to ship a bumper for 90 bucks)
2nd proposal:
this is just for fun, actually its probably a bad idea, but i was a little curious on how we would do. What i was thinking was, could we have the forums non-moderated for like 3 days, no moderation whatsover, then after thoes three days, lets say if someone did something stupid he would get punished a little more severly? i just wanted to see how clean we can keep the forums with no moderation

maybe to help the classifieds get bigger, have a section (forum) dedicated to member feedback. and if you buy/sell from/to a member then you would leave them feedback so the next person knows the person is credible.
classifieds are a great way to get a forum big. but it has to be safe at the same time.
Sorry, yeah. The UPS/Fedex account thing sounds like a pretty good idea, but we'd need a lot more activity in the classifieds section to do that.
And as for the no moderation thing, I probably only moderate something once or twice a week (normally), so it's not uncommon at all to go days without any issues. What would be the advantage of it?
