Most of the discussion about new mods is being handled by staff. Though we appreciate suggestions, we are not looking for a lot of that in the forums, thanks!

Kidding aside, if you want knowledgable, zeit00 is my hero. I just do research, but with this guy, it's all in his head already. Too bad he's not on too often. For what it's worth, I think the mods should choose whoever they feel most comfortable with, since their unity with regards to issues is of prime importance

it was just a suggestion...

how else do you pick a mod if they are not a good member? are they not suppose to be a good member, then? chrisdoesn'tknow, do you have a better suggestion?

What I look for in a mod:

1) Dedicated to UB
2) General knowledge of BMWs (not necessarily an expert... but someone who understands the lingo)
3) Passion for BMWs
4) Forthmost consideration is the community
5) Level headed and not short tempered
6) Reacts appropriately and is good at diffusing situations with words whenever possible
7) Doesn't hold grudges, biases, or prejudices
8) Has good common sense and a mature attitude
9) Has good spelling and grammar
10) Is a generally liked member of the community.

Haha, by that i mean it has to be understandable without struggling. No typing in all caps or never using periods or whatever. haha, I don't think we really have anyone on here with that problem.

I'm sure you guys know the type though.

I'd rather not do it publically though. However if I get a PM with a suggestion and valid reasons supporting the domination, the mods will discuss them and we'll consider your opinion.

Hey, Harry, can I make a suggestion about a possible #11 to that list? I would also say that they need to be on here regularly. A mod, whose never around, isn't much use to anyone. My $0.02.

my grammer sucks cause my typing sucks. i type to fast for my fingers to understand and end up screwing up half of what im typing. but i spend like 75% of all my time on UB so im sure eventualey ill learn to type better
