Whoa, UB Down - United Bimmer Community

I just got home and found dns crashed on the server and UB was down for the past 4 hours and no one called me to let me know!

If anyone ever tries to access the forums and it's not online, make it your highest priority to call my cell and let me know so I can get it back online, 404-213-8616, 24 hours a day. If I don't answer, text message me in case I'm somewhere that I can't pick up and talk.

Edit: Maybe even print this thread out or save my number on your computer locally somewhere so if the forum is down, you can get the number (obviously won't be able to access this thread, lol)

dude, ur area code is almost the same as mine. southern Alberts's is 403.

That sucked that UB was down for so long. i was getting pissed cause i thought i was my internet that was fucked up. At least its back up now.

heh, i figured, and im sure a ton of other people did, let it go and dont be a pain, im sure if you get a call on your cell phone about "THE FORUMS ARE DOWN" youd think "heh, what a freak"

i was in the middle of a thread, and when i clicked to go back to the forum, it just kinda.... stopped. I was freaking out like a crackhead that lost his pipe. good to see everything's good now, though.

im glad it wasn't just me who was experiencing these issues. I was very perturbed when I could not come and browse the forum in my immense boredom. At least if it happens again someone will contact you and get it sorted out very quickly
