"Hot" Threads

What do you guys think about raising the number of posts in a short time period to mark a thread as "hot" (red icon rather than gray/blue)?

I was looking at the lounge, and half the threads are red/hot.

What do you guys think we should change it to, or do you think it's fine as it is? Any feedback?

i dunno what qualifies it as "hot" in the first place so i guess leaving it is ok

Right now threads with over 150 views or 15 replies are marked as "hot" threads and the arrows turn from gray/blue to red/orange.
