i would remove the star-based rating system altogether. Rate My Car already covers ride rating, so I don't feel there is any need for another, confilcting system. Aside from that, I really like the idea, especially if it would be easily accessible and users could be browsed, rather than a random cycle like Rate My Car.

Harry,

If possible, make it so that we can upload any of a list of different media files (perhaps have it set them up as IMG tags, like the sigs), so that if we want to include an .swf we could. That way if someone wants a garage/techy feel, s/he can create it and then just upload it.
