Donation - United Bimmer Community

Maybe I'm just a noob and can't find it, but is there a place where we can donate some money? I just recieved the decals and I'm feeling like I owe the community something (ok, I owe komodo something).

Haha, don't feel like you "owe" anything to this community.

It was developed and has been worked on with a charitable mentality, and will stay such (for example I'm donating all the server space and hosting myself).

However if you would like to donate, our paypal email is paypal@unitedbimmer.com. Note also, all donations will go toward advertising expenses for us, funding meetups, and other ventures like future batches of decals, haha. 100% of the money United Bimmer brings in is reinvested into the community to help it grow.

Cool, thanks komodo. You really should put up a link that says "Support Unitedbimmer" or something along the likes of that.

I've thought about it, but I really don't want people to think we're begging for money or what-not.

What is everyone's thoughts on this?

I vote you should just put a little "Donations" link right on the top bar that has User CP, FAQ, & Member List. It would be noticiable but not too out of the ordinary.
