Welcome Sub-Forum

How about making a Forum under the general subforums that is a Welcome.

It is where new people just post hello, say what ride they have. Its a nice way for people to introduce themselves and to let people know they are here

I think that would be more aproppriate for the Off-Topic.

We do however need to make up some sort of 'posting guidlines' to pin to the top of every tech section.

But would we want a ton of Im New Here Just Saying Hi threads in the off-topic forum? Thats the whole point of the subforum is for people to make there first post saying "Hi my name is (insert name) im a noob and I drive a (insert car)" Then members will be like Welcome and Nice Ride, and stuff like that. Its a good way to introduce people and get them into the site

Hum...

I think for later on it's a great idea... but right now there are so few posts and even fewer members... any post in the off topic forum is welcome.

That's a good idea for when we grow huge.
