User Ranks
All right, this forum is just starting out, so we need feedback from the members on how it should be developed. One customization we need to decide on is the user rankings (based on post count). What do you guys think the titles should be based on posts? So far it's boring (knowing it's going to be changed) setup like this:
Cute Little Newb - 0-50 posts
Active Lurker - 51-200 posts
Member! - 201-1000 posts
Enthusiast - 1001-3000 posts
1337 Bimmerer - 3001 and up posts
Whatcha think?

I think you got it set too high... 3000 posts ? At least make it so that they get custom ones at 3000...
Does everyone get custom user title privileges right away, or just us mods. ? If everyone gets it right away, remove it and set the bar at 3k.. then toss out the 1337 bimmerrer.

Haha, besides numbers, what about names? What should the different levels be called?

Keep the forced naming scheme, add more towards the beginning so people become encouraged to go up to the next rank and eventually become hooked to the forum like a heroine addict, and give changeability at 2,000 posts, I don't wanna wait too long :P (or go in the DB and give the first 50 people the ability, muahahaha)

All right, but what are some suggestions for "[adding] more towards the beginning..."
You guys need to suggest what each rank should be named, and how many posts should be required to achieve it. That'd help more than anything.

101 - 300 = active poster
301+ = custom

I'm thinking we should have the 1-100 broken down more... like 1-50 and 51-100... keep the newcomers interested.
