I think that there should be some option for a Custom much earlier in the process.

When you get bigger 99% of your posters will never get out of NEWB no matter how long you have been live,

Sort the member list by # posts and ascending button.

The first Member with 50 posts is more than halfway down page 10 of 12. The first at 100 is mid page 11.

For the low number poster or new member it is tiring and discouraging to have to prove yourself "Loyal" for what seems like forever to be considered one of the gang.
And then the Old school/New school shit starts anyway to discourage you more.

Once this place is rocking along I will tend to get more focused on what posts I answer/start so I will probably never reach any Elitist goals for name change.
