Let's try this out and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, we can easily get rid of it.
Basically, now in each user's profile there is a reputation level. Whenever you see someone post a great, benificial post.. click the Rep icon on the bottom left part of their post, and rate them up. If they submit a negative or malicious post, rate their reputation down. In the future there will be benifits to having a higher reputation.
This will hopefully encourage positive posts that add content to the forums.

I'm also thinking about setting up a promotion system where after your user reputation hits X and your post count hits Y, you'll be able to use a custom title and have access to a special, hidden forum. Whatcha think?
rep and report look similiar, someone may accidently hit the wrong button, considering they are opposites maybe they should be a little farther away from eachother

It's a very different result though, you'll know if you hit the wrong one. The report opens in the same window and asks for why in a big box, and the Rep button is a small popup where you choose if you agree or not, and a one line, quick comment.
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.
