yeah thatd be awesome, then if you wanted, you can have a small members lounge sub forum for people who want to join and start recruiting for a group.
If this gets done, id like to be the owner/founder of the:
"Ran from a cop, and got away"Club
"I Drive my BMW that way it should"Club
"I blew a engine rod"Club
and
"Joined April 2005"Club(that would be dedicated to all the original members of this forum

I really think that "Joined April 2005" is a must, Ill let Komodo be Founder of it, cuz he started the forum, even though name was my idea, his call though.

haha thats great,
i dont think we should have individual sub forums for these said groups. I think the groups would be fine... maybe not making them actaul groups... but it wouldnt be the end of the world...
I think making each group a subforum would divide the forum WAY WAY WAY to much and then we wouldnt be unitedbimmer anymore. :hitwithro
I kinda agree with David here... having a structured seperation between the clubs would divide us a good amount....
I don't see how it could work practically though. Maybe a list of the clubs you're a member of in your profile or something... but keeping them up to date would be kinda annoying, and regulating them whenever a new one should be added would be kinda time consuming.
I don't know, if anyone suggests a practical way of laying it out and doing it, and gets the rest of the member's support, we'll do it obviously... but right now it just doesn't seem very feasible.

true that, no forums are necessary...but i think groups are still good, but if its necessary to be discussed, can be done in the lounge. by it being discussed, i dont mean this issue, i mean if a group became so big to where you wanted to discuss something regarding a group...
but then again,i dont think it will get that serious..
p.s.
"Joined April 2005", i think everyone should be apart of before may...just my .02..it makes me feel special, and i want to share the specialness..haha

Your Ride: Nothing .. for now.
i'd be willing to mod all of the users requests for joining one of the clubs. although i would like to keep it limited on how many we actualy make.
"Joined April 2005" is a must, agreed. we can work from there.
in the event harry says yes for this. i'll have him make a "UB.com Clubs" forum and will make a formal post there about how it will be organized. since we will have many many members wanting to make and join clubs i'm going to be very strict about how it is organized.
