This site rocks the way it is now I think it would look better with some darker colors... Like a darker grey font color on the homepage. I think it would be cool if you could rate people's car more than once cause after you rate everybody's it is useless till someone else adds their car...but then people would probaby vote for themselves a thousand times so who knows.

but seriously. i think when someone attatches a picture in a thread, clickiing on it should open a new window instead of going to another page on the same window. I dunno if it's just me, but i've had so many times where i look at an attatchment, then close the browser cause i'm used to pics being on a separate page.

Yeah, I think that might get a little out of hand if you could rate people more than once...

I've actually noticed this as well and done the same thing thing, haha. I know the back button is easy, but I'm used to a new window popping up from other forums, so I just close it instinctively. Anyone object to changing this? I think it's a good idea.

And my mouse has a Back button too but that doesn't stop me from "accidently" closing the browser if it is slow to go Back
I would go for open in a new window
Do you control the offset location when you set this up?

I've heard that suggestion before, but before I didn't get an answer when I asked what it would entail. We have the tech forums for each model to keep the tech questions seperated so someone won't go "how do i get my oil pan off" when he has a 5er, and 3-series owners answer him forgetting to check what kind of car he has.
What exactly are you thinking when you ask for a General Tech Forum?

But your pulleys are different from the pullies on a 5-series, 7-series, or 2002.... I'm not seeing the benefit of mixing it all together. Am I not getting something? lol

Miss nothing - this type of service is very model specific - good point

i think separate model tech forums work great. there isn't much you can ask that applies to ALL models.
*cough* mod me *cough*

I think it would be better if the forum jump thing was at the top of the page instead of the bottom. Most of the time I just look at the threads at the top of the page, but if I want to go to a different catagory then I have to scroll down to the bottom. It's just a small thing but would help out.
