Avatars
When can members get avatars? I noticed that only Admins/Mods have 'em.
How many posts does a member require to get an avatar or wat do they have to do? |

I can have a profile picture thats 100x100, 64 KB [usually avatar requirements]
but on the 'Edit Avator' i don't have an option to upload.

yeah getting an avatar to work can be tricky sometimes! sometimes you have to save it to your computer and modify it for HOURS!
