What do u think about the new 335i

What do u think of the new 335i?

I think it is a very smart move for BMW to do. The new engine is sweet the power comes on at 2grand and pulls all the way to redline. the power band is smooth just like a BMW six is like. The dyno numbers I saw were 275 whp and 300 wlb-ft. go to

Yes, I LOVE the turbo 335. The coupe and the sedan both.

It looks pretty good which makes me so happy cause I was never in love with the e90 styling. Now just gotta wait to see what the new m3 is like.

it looks pretty sweet. the only dumb thing is that it has no lsd

also apparently the turbo and manifolds are one piece, so swapping in different turbo's would be a bitch, and that there is not really any room to put bigger turbo's on

It is my opinion that the 3rd number in a BMW's name should not exceed the 1st or 2nd. As in go ahead and make a 330, (no 3.1 liters, reminds me of poopy Chevys) 332, 333, or 334 but a 3.5 is silly in a 3 series. I'm against this trend of displacement inflation. Cant wait for the 2011 150 with a V10!

I guess you have been horrendously irritated with the numerous 316, 318, 325, and 328 models BMW has sold over the years

I just want to remind you that the 335i has a 3.0L bi-turbo, not a 3.5

Displacement inflation is here to stay. I am also bent against the trend, but, aside from the public's hunger for raw power, cars are also getting bigger and heavier, so we need bigger engines.

My mistake, nothing at all against 316, 318 or 328s. Twin turbos? Why? I thought that was a Japanese trend of the 90s that was made obsolete by effecient modern single turbos.
