rough idling

Engine was vibrating heavily with a very rough idle. Replace the timing chain and tensioners. Was quiet for few weeks. Rough idling start but stop when exceeding 2000rpm. Add some oil charge after second day rough idling is complete gone. been driving it for a week now still no noise. Please explain what could it be. thank you guys for your support.
