It sounds like an awesome system, but I admit I chuckled when I say the size of your TV with that great of a sound system, You won't be able to sit far enough away (and still see it) to actually get the full sound effect.

All my audio at home is a polk system. It is the first thing I bought when I graduated from school along with a bomb TV. I have a harmon Kardon receiver which does the trick, but it is 2 years old and it out of optical inputs. I have a sweet center channel speaker stand that attaches to my Sony TV. I will click a picture and show you. It is awesome. I bought it at Circuit City. Just a question, Rooz, do you live with your parents?

Think its time for a new reciever too...15 year old nakamichi is getting outdated.

That sub most likely should be elsewhere in the room. A quick & dirty (but not the most scientific) way to locate it is to place it in the spot where you'll be spending most of your time watching a movie. Then walk around the room and find the spot where it sounds great, that's where you'll wanna put it
