changing chrome to polished?

wasn't sure where to put this but...

is there a way to change wheels from chrome to polished? i'm not exactly sure what kind mine are...they are between polished and chrome. is there a way to make them polished, like w/ a paint or something, but look like they were supposed to be like it?

here is what they look like...
