Some do, some don't. Depends on the cold weather package.

Are you looking for an M3 with vaders, or putting in racing seats later?

I have the luxury package (not cold weather), and it has heated seats. I'm pretty sure the sports package doesn't however.

^^ Hah, well Saturday after the meetup, those heated seats felt pretty good.

And on a side note, you should setup your car on Rate My Car.

I had heated seats in my old 325, but don't have them in my 328. Needless to say, I really miss them. Definatly nice on those cold mornings going to school or work.
