And just to about kill this thread. Steelers all the way. When everybody said they wouldn't make the playoffs, I mapped out the rest of the season and showed that they could. When they said they wouldn't take down cinci, I knew that they would. When indy was on fire, I said it can be done, and when they beat denver it was one for the thumb.

Of course I am biased, I was born here. And my father before me, and his father before him. I was a kid when bradshaw led them to 4 superbowls. I cried when < he who should not be named > threw it away in XXX. Now nobody remembers the 70's, but we've had a good team more years than not. This game was not the best display of their talent. Which tells me that on a good day they are unstoppable.

You may wonder why the steelrs fans are so overbearing. In Pittsburgh, the Steelers are a religion. I know lots of cities say that. Here it actually is. When a priest dismisses church early because the steelers are playing, that should tell you something. When our fans show up in every venue in the us and outnumber the home team that tells you something. Here you are a Steelers fan from birth and regardless of where you go, you will remain a Steelers fan for life. Even in the bad times. Now it just so happens that it is a good day to be a Steelers fan. But even in the bad years, the worst of years, The fans are still there. Steelers for life.

so late but just regained access to my account. DAMN RIGHT. my whole family on both sides os from pittsburgh. I used to go to the steelers preseason camp exhibition games and it was like they made the fucking superbowl. I've been let out of church on more than one occassion to the chant of steelers steelers.

and if you wanna see rape performance by the steelers, go rewatch the denver game. and plummer crumbling wasn't just a coincidence. thats what happens when you take a quarterback and beat the shit out of him and his passing game all game. when you have palamalu either kncking you the fuck out or knocking the shit out of your receivers, its gonna get to ya

and while it didn't show during the superbowl, If anyone were to ask me which defensive player had the strongest field presense, its hands down palamalu. He didn't do much against the hawks, but you notice, they only threw to his side of the field twice all game. he shut down half the field the whole game.
