Southern Bells

This one's for all our southern guys...

Dumped my g/f abou a week and a half ago, now am talking to this girl that's has a full blown southern style going.

Dated chick that had some southern accents before, but this one has the language to go with it too, I mean, I think it's nice sometimes, kinda fun and sexy in it's ways, but at other times am just like

what did you just say? lol

How do you guys deal with it ?

people that can't speak correctly really start to bug me after a while. I don't think I could do it. Especially the "valley girl" type.

"and like, i was so like, DUH, and she was like, so ummm, like, do you, like, want to do something...?"

That's the most intellectually impacting conversation you will have in your LIFE.

.
Difference between "rock chicks" & "country chicks"?
Country chicks can speak using 2 syllables

HAHAHAHA I met a girl at a party a few weeks ago who spoke just like that... I tolerated her because she was the (sorority) little of a good friend, but I wanted to smack her across the face and say: "NO! that is not how to speak. Now in proper ENGLISH tell me again what you just said." those kind of girls must have like marbles for a brain...

Rzzz, If you dig her take her out. But I know your -friends that live in Texas and the babes there are "y'all and twang". I couldn't make audio gear "pitch shift" vocals that much. It's somewhere between feedback & chicken sqwauk. But who cares how they talk right? {just keep shaking your head yes}

I like Southern girls. My accent is proably as thick as hers, so it wouldn't bother me a bit.

Hell, the wife has an accent...sometimes. It comes and goes depending on who she is hanging out with.

try dealing with a GF with a british accent! You need an interper just to decifer her "defs" of words. IE: Wicked = Cool {wicked witch???}

Add the "female thinking" and it's Turmoil Central

I'd like to add that I have never slept with a Southern bell. The brass irritates the twig and berries.

Belles on the other hand...
