OBD-II Codes

Hey, I was thinking, if someone wants to put together a comprehensive list of OBD2 error codes and what they mean (more detail than just the tagline text), that would be a good reference to add to the knowledge base and would help quite a few people.

Also there are no P0XXX codes in there... why's that? Are those codes for BMWs?
