Looks good, and allows some room to upgade down the line. Your processor is 800MHz FSB, and your mobo will support up to 1GHZ FSB. Good choice on the corsair memory. However you might want to double check the compatibility of any programs you use with windows x64... the 64 bit architecture breaks some programs that are made for 32bit.

I would also recommend XP Pro.

And go for the 6800gt vid card, not the 6600gt. It's worth the extra bucks.

Cool, where is a good place to find cheap cases? AM not too crazy about that one, but it was the only one i could find that was silver, WITH a power supply for udner $80

I Like the intels, too. They may run a little hotter, but they can out-perform the AMD in most cases.
