AHH MY baby!

Hey guys,

as many of u may know i live up in keene NH durring the school year. well last night it rained pretty hard, but nothing worse then usual i thought..... well .... i was wrong. lets just say i want to die. and the worst part is i cant move it untill the water goes down. i tried but campus security called the cops on me after i chewed 2 of them out for about 20 min. arrest would have followed if i tryed to get into the water . luckily they let me out so i could get pics for ins. purposes. Kill me now.

-Hutch-

Edit: the pics were taken at 1pm today when i got up, the water was apparently higher last night and early this am !

Wow Hutch. I've been away all weekend and when I heard if the flooding in Keene, you're the first person I thought about. You may be the only person I know in the Keene area. That completely sucks about your car but at least it wasn't flipped over from the flooding and erosion. Hope everything goes ok. I have a feeling the insurance might consider it totalled and maybe you'll be able to make out on the whole thing. Good luck and keep us posted.

Dude that sucks. We didn't get nearly as much rain here on the Seacoast as you guys got.

Good luck with it. I hope insurance takes care of everything.

The longer the water sits in, on, and around the car, the more likely it is that insurance will have to total it. Although, after seeing this, I have a feeling they'll consider it totalled right now. That blows goats, dude. I would like to have a moment of silence for Hutch's car...

Ah, that's horrible. I'm sorry man. If you disconnect the battery, and don't start it for a while until it's completely dried, do you think there's any way to save the mechanical workings of it? The interior carpet and such can be replaced pretty easily, but what actual damage could be done to the operational parts of the car (as long as there's no current going through the wires to short out)?
