Your Ride: Whatever I can get my hands on
weight loss?

I just got off the phone with my hockey coach, actually around ten tonight but i forgot to post.

he informed me that to stay on teh team, i had to cut 15 pounds by july 14th.....anyone have any ideas? I really need to cut the weight but don't want to starve myself, and i need to stay in shape while doing it....

i'd prefer not to flatout starve myself......

You have three choices, stand behind our troops, grab a gun and toe the line with our troops, or stand in front of them, they can use the extra armor.

But you also need to have some sort of protein in your diet

Such as: nuts, cheese, eggs, beans, soy and of course meat but in small servings.

Even if you eat the protein for breakfast you have to have it in your diet. It gives you the energy you need.

Granola is also a good alternative for breakfast.

Trim spa?

Stacker 2? (the ban on ephedra was lifted a few weeks ago)

umm... does it have to be like fat? or could you replace the 15lbs with muscle..

if so then take nitrotech and celltech and lift like mad, you'll see results quick.

don't starve yourself and don't eat huge ass meals. eat a little bit at all times of the day, it speeds up your metabolism and you're never hungry becuz you're eating basically whenever you feel like it. works to maintain my wieght, may not work for you.

peace

I say you need breakfast and supper, so have a meal replacement shake for lunch. Run or cycle, and walk a lot. The rest, you'll have to starve just before you weigh in next month.

Walk as much as you can. If you need to go to the store for light things, and the store is only a mile or so, walk instead of drive.

My mom, and bro's gf are doing this diet and they both seem to be losing 2 pounds per day.

They make 2 gallons fot his speciall drink, made from maple sirup, cayenne peppers, lemon juice, purified watter (can't think of what else). And they drink that, the drink purifies your body and gives you all the vital stuff you need. And you just drink that during the day, it keeps you full, do that for a few days a week....

Dont eat carbs, I dropped 22 pounds in a month and a half. It is not a good solution long term but you could easily drop the weight without exercise, but do both and you will drop a shit load

i dont think that replacing fat with muscle will make you use any. ive heard muscle weighs more than fat. but if you only worried about speed, then the muscle route will do for you.

not neccesarrily. Having muscle is great, but you have to make sure you keep yourself flexible and quick. Too much bulky muscle will make you slow. Make sure to strech regularly and after every workout session to avoid becoming bulky and slow.

I wrestled back in high school and was the master at cutting weight without starving or without loosing muscle. Here are a few tricks:

Excersise everyday!!!! When you get home from school or work, go out and run a few miles. This will really speed up your metabolism and start burning fat while you sleep.

When you are eating a true meal like breakfast or dinner, just have smaller portions than you are used to. This really adds up in the long term.

Eat the proper healthy food. DO NOT eat fast food at all. Eat your protein in the morning when your body is ready to obsorb all of it and use it.

there is not much more to it other than excersise often. Push yourself hard otherwise you will not see improvements. I was weighing in last year at 128 for the 130 weight class and I was still able to bench press 210 lbs. Meaning you can get down to proper weight without sacrificing muscle.

Good luck, and keep us informed on how this is going
