ECU chip upgrade

Hey im thinking of updating my 93' 325i chip and i was wondering the effects chips have on fuel economy.. as well as what the best chip for my e36 would be? Thanks

What the chip does is remove the speed limiter and change the shift points. Odds are you wont notice much of a difference in the fuel economy, but that depends on how you drive it once you have swapped the chip.

Turner Motorsports, and ECS Tuning carry chips. Look for a well known retailer like those two when buying a chip. Their are a lot of fakes on ebay.
