325i having issues with cabin air flow

I have a 325i that I can't get air flow in the cabin to go any higher than low. Since I live in Minnesota, that's not going to work! Anybody know what I should be looking for?

Blower motor resistor would be a good place to start

did you change the cabin air filter??? Made a hell of a difference in mine. The Filter was totally clogged.
