Has it rained recently? you either have some kind of exterior leak or the more common problem of you heater core is leaking. What else is the car doing? it should be losing coolant and running hot/hotter.

High humidity causes lots of water to collect and run down the evap, there are 1-2 drains inside the evap case and they do occasionally clog up. You'll have to open the case and shoot a little compressed air through them after some clean up. Replace the micro filter while you're down there and your system should work great. Good Luck
